TCE recognizes the need to have as many cooling options as possible when it comes to providing our customers with material that meets and exceeds Aluminum Association Mechanical Properties for 6061 hard alloy extrusions.

After the installation of our 12” press in 2007, TCE made additional investments exceeding $100,000 in our water quench system to include a more robust, high pressure option for our products; resulting in improved grain structures and higher mechanical properties for hard alloy applications.
